1 Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies solely to the App and to information processed in connection with your access to and use of the App. It does not apply to any third-party websites, services, platforms, software development kits, operating systems, app stores, or external services that may interact with the App or your device, each of which may be governed by separate terms, conditions, and privacy practices.
2 No Account Registration
Plinko Gold is free to play and does not require you to create an account in order to use the App. We do not require you to submit registration information such as your name, mailing address, username, password, or payment card details in order to access gameplay.
Because the App does not provide user account creation, we do not intentionally collect profile-based account information from players through an in-app registration flow.
3 Categories of Information We May Process

6 No Location Data; No Advertising; No Purchases
The App does not collect precise or approximate location data through in-app features. The App does not display third-party advertisements. The App does not offer paid features, purchases, subscriptions, or redemption mechanisms.
All gameplay credits, points, coins, gold, and similar in-app items are entirely virtual and have no cash value, no property value, and no redemption value.
7 Children and Age Restriction
Plinko Gold is not intended for children and is not directed to individuals under 19 years of age. We do not knowingly design the App for use by minors under 19. If you are under 19, you must not access or use the App.
Because the App does not include formal age-verification or account-registration processes, if we become aware that a person under 19 has used the App in a manner involving information processing contrary to this policy, we may take such action as we consider appropriate, including restricting access, deleting relevant data where feasible, or implementing other remedial measures.
8 Data Retention
We may retain technical, analytical, diagnostic, and operational information for as long as we determine is reasonably necessary for legitimate business, development, operational, legal, compliance, security, archival, or record-keeping purposes. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with the App against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic storage, software operation, device transmission, or internet-based processing can be guaranteed to be fully secure. Accordingly, we do not warrant or guarantee absolute security.
11 International Use
This Privacy Policy is drafted for general international use. The App is made available on a general basis, but access may not be lawful or appropriate in all jurisdictions.
